About Us
Check Policy
Most mail-in orders with payments by check are regular customers and are not held for the check to clear before products are shipped. Starter checks, checks on new accounts, and Paypal E-checks normally incur only a three day delay. If you provide your email address in a note or with your mail-in order, we will email you confirming receipt of your order and your shipping date. The charge for personal checks suffering insufficient funds is $30 each occurance.
International Orders/Policy
We only accept American currency. International orders must use Paypal or Western Union to convert currency to US dollars. If Paypal does not offer services in your country, you must use Western Union's Services Cash method for payment. Payment must be received for all international orders before products are shipped. All foreign money orders or "paper" money will incur a delay to clear the bank.
Privacy Protection
When you place an order online with us using our checkout setup with Paypal, your personal credit card or account information is not available or accessible by us, or any other merchant. We have found this the most safe, effective way to protect us and our customers. Your privacy is important to us. We do not provide your name, address or email to anyone. This website contains many links to other sites. HS Treasures does not necessarily agree with the information, content, or the privacy policies of all other websites.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and ship within 72 hours. An order confirmation and/or tracking information is emailed.
If you only order the free demo, you will only receive the automated reply and your demo should arrive in 3-4 days. If you did not receive your order confirmation, most likely your email box has our email address blocked or your email box is full and your email bounced back to us. All software is shipped USPS-First Class
mail with a delivery time of 2-3 days. All book orders are shipped either UPS or USPS, First Class or Book-Media Mail with a delivery time of 5-7 days within the US. If you require your order to be delivered faster, please email us with your zip code, and method of delivery preferred that we may calculate the additional postage required.
All orders must be shipped to a confirmed mailing address with the same as your billing address. Gift addresses or special mailing situations must be verified with a Paypal account.
Conflicting addresses must be done at Paypal. For your protection and security, Open a separate browser window and go to paypal dot com, log in and click on "confirm address". This is standard policy and procedure with Paypal and required before your order is
released to ship.
Return Policy
Most of our publishers have a no return policy, therefore all sales are final. However, refunds are issued for good reasons; quantity discount orders and/or shipping/handling
as well as double orders or errors with your shopping cart. Our online payment option provided by Paypal is secure. Please read our PayPal user friendly Info Page for more information and helpful tips on using Paypal safely.
Please do not buy software, copy it and then attempt a request for refund. Replacements are sometimes
necessary but NO refunds are issued on software. Do not purchase a book, keep it long enough to read it
and attempt a request for refund.
Acceptable Return Authorizations for damages, replacements or exchanges must be completed with 10 days.
Not unlike international scam attempts,
we have been in business long enough to have heard it all. Sadly, the majority of our customers are "christians", whom we also have had the most
trouble with concerning copyright violations. There are no new scams under the sun. We offer excellent customer service but we are not Wal-Mart.
